For approximately two years, Dr. Myra has become an important part of my bi-weekly yoga program. I look forward to her expertise and gentle way of conducting her classes. She is extremely knowledgeable in helping make her students’ lives healthier and happier.
My journey and experience with yoga have become so much deeper; I believe that Dr. Myra has made a huge contribution to that. She not only practices, she teaches as well, the benefits of the practice and that is so important to me. I hope to continue my practice with her as I develop into a better human being.
